The DL-900 is our mid-range decorative paper gravure press, optimized for consistent quality at medium-to-high production volumes. It is widely used by decorative paper mills and laminate manufacturers across Asia.

• Print speed: 80-180 m/min steady production, with 8 printing stations standard (customizable 4-12 colors).
• Register accuracy: Mechanical register plus automatic fine adjustment, within +/-0.15 mm repeat accuracy.
• Web width: 1300 mm standard, 1600 mm and 1800 mm optional configurations.
• Ink system: Closed-loop ink circulation with automatic viscosity control, compatible with solvent-based decorative paper inks.
